I am blessed to come across the teaching of Sadguru H.H Swamiji Atmanishtananda Saraswati. His teaching was recollected by one of his disciple (Shri Ramakrishna) and I have started putting his teachings here http://atmanishta.blogspot.in/ at series of blogs for my friends here who are trying to gain higher consciousness.
